Jack & Jill will not just disrupt the existing recruitment software market but also the 10x bigger recruitment services market.

Were looking for a senior Designer to own visual direction and brand craft designing landing pages campaign imagery paid creative and web experiences. Define typography layouts imagery motion graphics and scalable visual systems.

Our growth team runs a lot of campaigns across paid social LinkedIn and Out Of Home. Collaborate with the team on launches and positioning maintain consistency and push the quality and creativity of marketing.

Youll be a great fit if:

You can show us what good looks like and youll tell us when something isnt. The AI floor keeps rising so the work needs to be distinctly better than what everyone else is shipping.

You want to make the work

You might have led teams at an agency or studio but now youd rather be an IC and build a new category. Youre senior and you still love the craft.

Youre rooted in consumer brands

Consumer brand experience is ideal. Careers are part of everyones life and we want our brand to feel that way.

You work in static and motion

2D and 3D stills and moving image - you know your way around modern tools like After Effects Jitter or Blender (alternatives welcome)

Youre curious about AI

You are open to using AI in your process to make more faster without dropping the taste bar. E.g. brand systems that can be used by the product and website team.

You want to move fast

We test a lot of campaigns every quarter. Youll own going from brief to live quickly take ownership on learning what works and iterate fast. You have a blank canvas and high budget to experiment and design what human-agent relationships look like on social media.

Youre a good team player

Youll work closely with a growth team from remarkable backgrounds. Everyone is senior and is now an IC getting their hands dirty and executing.

• Founded by two experienced serial founders

  • Matt (CEO) - previous company grew to a $600m valuation in 3 years before exiting to Deel

  • Saaras (CTO) went 0 $3m ARR in a year as founder/CTO YC AI sales startup

• Were a 25-person founder-heavy team (17 ex-founders)

• Campaigns end to end: Take a brief and bring it to life across paid creative organic channels and landing pages (opportunity to work on B2C - Jack and B2B - Jill flexing into both skills so it never gets boring!)

• A visual language for consumer agents: Own how our agents show up across every external channel. Define a distinctive visual language for Jack and Jilland be the first to crack what humanAI relationships should look and feel like.

• The brand system: Youll be a guardian evolve it and set the bar for taste across the company

• Out of home: Bring your vision to life on billboards and OOH across the largest tech markets (San Francisco New York and London)

• Your own leverage: as we scale youll bring in freelancers and agencies and direct their work. Collaborate and learn from the best content strategists in the game.

Personify our agents and bring them to life on social. Instead of handing your work back after six weeks youll see your ideas go live with real paid investment behind them so you can learn what works.)
