Deputy Manager

The Role:

Help lead a team of outstanding store colleagues who provide essential services to their local communities. Ensure the smooth running of daily processes and help the business to grow.

About You:

• Have experience in a team leader or deputy manager role
• Have excellent relationship building skills
• A drive to mentor and support your colleagues
• Enjoy working in a busy environment
• Be flexible Saturday working will be required
