Were looking for a Delivery Manager to lead and inspire our software delivery teams ensuring high-quality customer-focused solutions are delivered efficiently at pace and at scale. You will have people management experience with this role having at least one direct report.

What youll be doing

• Leading coaching and developing a collaborative high-performing delivery team.
• Planning and driving the successful delivery of technology change aligned to business objectives.
• Creating an empowered environment where teams can thrive and continuously improve.
• Working closely with stakeholders to shape solutions that deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time to a high standard and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Championing agile best practices to maximise efficiency quality and team performance.
• Acting as a key escalation point while promoting effective governance and risk management.

• Proven experience leading software development or delivery teams within an agile environment.
• A strong communicator who can influence challenge and build relationships at all levels.
• The ability to shape and drive business change from both a strategic and commercial perspective.
• A passion for developing people fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience managing delivery performance continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.
