Job summary
Operates and maintains imaging/scanning and PC equipment to process and verify quantities of documents according to specifications.

Your role in our mission:

• Preparation of highly sensitive documents - removing staples gluing torn pages maintain document order
• Assigning document types to different stack structures.
• Separating documents after identifying specific features.
• Scanning documents operating high-performance scanners and visually checking image quality according to work instructions
• Checking labelling and archiving processed stacks Searching for requested documents and sending them for further processing

• Very good comprehension and organizational talent
• Independent precise way of working
• Experience with high-performance scanners desired
• Reliable flexible able to work in a team and communicate
• Trustworthy handling of customer data
• High quality awareness and consistent performance
• PC skills advantageous
• Languages: knowledge of German basic knowledge of English would be an advantage
