Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
Fault find and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Minimise downtime and ensure machinery is operating effectively
Work closely with production teams to maintain operational efficiency
Complete maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment when required
The Person
Time served engineering qualification essential
Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing or production environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and organisational skills
Proactive attitude with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
