Were partnering with a leading field marketing and retail solutions business to recruit an experienced Insight Manager who can turn complex data into actionable insights influence senior stakeholders and help shape strategic direction. This is an opportunity to move beyond reporting and become a trusted advisor to both clients and leadership teams.

The Opportunity

Youll be at the heart of the business using data to identify trends uncover opportunities measure ROI and deliver recommendations that drive performance and growth. Youll also lead and develop an Insights team while working closely with clients and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver commercially focused insights that influence business decisions
Build compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau Pyramid or similar tools
Analyse performance forecast outcomes and measure ROI
Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to solve business challenges
Lead data and insight projects from concept through implementation
Develop and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and insight professionals

About You

Proven experience in Insights Analytics BI or Data Strategy
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced Excel and reporting capability
Experience with Power BI Tableau Pyramid or similar visualisation tools
Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations
Previous people management experience
