Who are we

Job Summary

Acquires job skills to resolve routine tasks requiring limited judgement. Focus is on routine tasks using limited judgement of standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.

Responsibilities

Facility / Infrastructure Maintenance

• Performs basic preventative maintenance checks on-site to non-critical facility components

• Performs basic repairs and maintenance to non-critical facility components

• Monitors the Building Monitoring System (BMS) by following standard operating procedures; works under close supervision in responding to basic alarms

• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work; works under close supervision

Vendor Support

• Coordinates with vendors on standard operating procedures

Site Administration & Incident Support

• Supports basic site logs for permits such as: Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOPs) and scripts

Work Orders & Additional Projects

• Completes basic routine work order facility requests under supervision.

• Assists in routine incident management requests

Collaboration

• Provides assistance to departments during routine maintenance activities

• Provides basic assistance to more senior staff on infrastructure projects; may shadow projects for learning

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma and proven year of equivalent work experience
