Data Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Technology and Business Improvement team in Swansea (hybrid working). As a Data Analyst you will deliver powerful insights develop Power BI reporting and support data-driven decision making across the organisation. • Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday Permanent
• Pay: 38700
• Location: Swansea Hybrid
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required

About the role

As a Data Analyst you will play a vital role in helping teams make informed evidence-based decisions. You will:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends insights and opportunities
• Support KPI reporting and performance monitoring across the business
• Lead on data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver clear impactful insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Work collaboratively across departments to enhance business intelligence

This Data Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving driving improvements and influencing business performance through data.

About you

To succeed as a Data Analyst you will have:

• Experience using Power BI SQL and data reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

We welcome previous experience working as: Data Analyst Business Analyst Reporting Analyst MI Analyst Performance Analyst Insight Analyst or roles in finance IT or research with transferable analytical skills.
