The Customer & Product Data Migration team within Project Sparrow is looking for Cutover Design & Control Tower Lead based out of either London or Milton Keynes.
This role is on a fixed term contract for 18 months.
Its a fast-paced and dynamic environment providing opportunities to shape and deliver some of the most strategic priorities of the Bank so its a great time to join and make a difference.
The Customer & Product Data Migration team is responsible for the safe migration of TSB customers and products onto Santander platforms including defining and executing the end-to-end migration strategy.
As Cutover Design & Control Tower Lead youll be responsible for defining the Control Tower operating model and designing the integrated business and technology cutover blueprint.
Were shaping the way we workthrough innovation cutting-edge technology collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role you will be responsible for:
- Defining the Control Tower operating model including org structure forums roles and responsibilities
- Collaboration and connectivity across all Programme workstreams
- Designing the integrated business and technology cutover blueprint
- Transitioning the blueprint into an effective Control Tower that provides command control decision support and disciplined execution through rehearsals live migration and stabilisation.

Salary Range:
52474.00 - 78712.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills experience qualifications and location.
