Hereford Hospital Sales and Business Development Permanent Contract Full Time

As a Customer Services Advisor at our Hereford Hospital youll bring great communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone. Youre flexible motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
As a Customer Services Advisor you will:
- To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet) supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the hospital including providing procedure quotations & nurturing the patients pathway.
- To support the Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.
- To introduce new processes to improve customer advise and service as required
- To support the definition development communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans and activities.
- To provide advice and guidance to other team members and the wider hospital
- To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders supporting the implementation of national brand values and guidelines.
