Up to 19.23 per hour
Customer Service ExecutiveRole:
- Be the first point of contact:respond to customers healthcare professionals and colleagues with accuracy and empathy.
- Handle problems well:manage complaints investigate issues and resolve them effectively (escalating when needed).
- Work well with others:team up across departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Keep the patient front and centre:support business goals without losing sight of patient needs.
- Follow the process:stick to standard procedures and help improve how things run over time.
- Customer service expert:proven track record of great service including handling tough conversations complaints and escalations with confidence.
- Strong communicator:clear verbally and in writing able to build trust and credibility with others.
- Cool under pressure:stays calm professional and organisedeven when things get busy.
- Detail-oriented multitasker:juggles multiple systems and priorities while keeping accuracy high (especially with order entry).
- Solid foundation:GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English with a flexible team-oriented compliance-minded approach to work.
