Customer Service and Sales Advisor RDCF1126

Salary: 26520 basic paid monthly plus an uncapped bonus (current average around 350 a month top performers up to 1000 a month)
Location: Larbert Falkirk (on site)
Contract: Permanent full time 40 hours a week
Hours: 5 days out of 7 Monday to Sunday between 8am and 9pm
Start date: Monday 2 November

Good with people and happy to sell when it genuinely helps Youll join a contact centre in Larbert supporting one of the UKs best-known mobile networks. Youll take calls from pay-as-you-go customers who are having trouble topping up fix the problem and where it suits them move them onto a flexible monthly plan.

• Sort out pay-as-you-go top-up problems quickly and properly
• Ask the right questions to understand how each customer uses their phone
• Recommend a monthly plan where its a better fit and explain why
• Work across several systems while keeping the customer experience first
• Work towards sales and customer service targets

• No minimum experience needed but youll be comfortable with sales and targets: retail telesales a phone shop hospitality upselling or anything with a target all count
• Great customer service and a calm patient manner
• Confident with technology and happy using multiple systems
• Resilient and curious
• Available to start on Monday 2 November
