As a Customer Support Advisor youll be at the heart of our customer experience. Youll be the first point of contact for our customers helping with orders and enquiries via phone and email while making sure every interaction is handled with care confidence and professionalism.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week with 8.5-hour shifts between 7am and 5pm including 1 in 3 weekends.

And theres more! Following successful completion of your probation there is the potential for hybrid working.

 What Youll Be Doing

•  Providing outstanding support to customers via phone and email
•  Processing orders and collections accurately and efficiently
• Managing customer enquiries and maintaining the customer mailbox
•  Working towards and achieving key performance targets
•  Investigating customer issues and finding fast effective solutions
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
•  Taking ownership of queries from start to finish
• Working closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
• urning customer challenges into great customer experiences!
