About the role

As a Customer Service Administrator youll play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations. Acting as a key point of contact for customer accounts youll work closely with operational teams to deliver outstanding service and resolve queries efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing customer accounts and building strong working relationships

• Handling customer enquiries and providing timely updates

• Completing a variety of office administration tasks accurately and efficiently

• Coordinating with warehouse transport and operational teams to support customer requirements

• Maintaining accurate records documentation and system updates

• Resolving customer issues and escalating concerns where appropriate

• Supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the team

About you

Youll have strong customer service experience and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential along with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Youll thrive in this role if youre hardworking committed and willing to support both customers and colleagues whenever needed. A proactive attitude strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to deliver excellent service will help you succeed.
