As a Customer Service Administrator you will provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service across the business. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will support the wider team with a variety of administration and communication tasks.

- Responding to emails phone calls and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.
- Drafting correspondence and assisting with general administration.
- Carrying out customer surveys analysing feedback and summarising key findings for Directors.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Supporting with onboarding new clients.
- Assisting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- The ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships.
