Were on the lookout for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established business in Pickering starting on a temporary basis with a genuine view to go permanent for the right person.

If you enjoy a mix of admin tasks customer interaction and keeping things organised this could be the perfect role for you!

Some of the Customer Service Administrator duties will be:

• Answering phone calls assisting customers with enquiries
• Welcoming customers in the showroom
• Processing sales orders and inputting purchase invoices
• Arranging couriers for customer deliveries
• Ensuring orders are in the right place for customers to collect
• Handling other general admin tasks to keep things running smoothly

Were looking for someone reliable friendly and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks. Its not a high-pressure environment so this role would suit someone who puts their customers needs first and takes pride in keeping things organised.

Full training will be provided so no specific experience is needed just a great attitude and a willingness to help out.

This will be working 3 days a week Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm with a 30-minute lunch break earning an hourly rate of 13.00 per hour. You will also be required to work every third Saturday working 8:30am-1pm.
