To assist in the delivery of various financial reports and manage the day to day accounts processes for a portfolio of clients and be part of a cohesive and well balanced team.

Preparing monthly & quarterly management accounts. Analysing variances and providing commentary and explanations on those variances.
Undertaking balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
Preparing bank compliance/debt covenant reports and managing the pay over of net rents.
Managing funding requirements and cash flow and liaising with suppliers.
Preparing VAT returns and CIS returns and liaising with the relevant tax authorities.
Assisting in the year end audit process providing supporting information and liaising with external auditors.
Delivering additional adhoc reports as required by the client and internal stakeholders.
Dealing with queries from clients tenants and suppliers and responding in a timely manner.
Ensuring accurate and timely database updates. E.g. regularly reviewing tenancy schedules.
Continually reviewing processes and systems to ensure that QA is being adhered to.
Attending with senior members of the team client finance meetings.

Ideal for any individual with motivation to learn and develop any existing skills. The selected candidate will have the following:

Experience in preparing accounts to PL and Balance Sheet stage
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Strong Excel skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to deal with high volumes of work and prioritise accordingly
Excellent communication skills
