Residential Conveyancer Full Caseload Management

You will manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish working within a collaborative team that prioritises client service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold and leasehold transactions)
• Overseeing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion
• Providing clear client-focused advice throughout the process
• Using modern case management systems and legal technology
• Supporting team members and contributing to business development activity

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following:

• Licensed Conveyancer Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 years PQE (or equivalent experience)
• Alternatively an experienced Paralegal with a proven track record of managing their own caseload
• Strong knowledge of UK residential property law and conveyancing procedures
• Ability to handle files independently from instruction to completion
• Proficiency with IT systems and case management platforms
• Proven commitment to delivering excellent client care
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development
• A motivated team-oriented and proactive approach
