Job Info:
Lead the contracting lifecycle across multiple roofing projects from strategy through to completion. Oversee Contracts Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure consistent high-quality delivery manage project risk and build strong relationships with clients and vendors. Monitor contract performance and financials and drive continuous improvement across the contracts function.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the commercial roofing or construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and subcontractors
- Solid understanding of contract risk financial management and legal compliance
