This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established business delivering residential commercial educational and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
The successful Contracts Manager will play a key role in managing projects from pre-construction through to completion ensuring quality delivery programme adherence and strong client relationships.

10 yearsrelevant construction experience with a related qualification
Strong residential construction project experience essential
Experience with JCT NEC PWC contracts and PCSA stages
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong IT skills including MS Office and MS Project
Full driving licence and relevant industry certifications
