Contracts Manager

We are hiring for our client a leading construction and civil engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for their growing Building Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established business delivering residential commercial educational and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
The successful Contracts Manager will play a key role in managing projects from pre-construction through to completion ensuring quality delivery programme adherence and strong client relationships.

The Role
- Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with health & safety environmental and legal standards
- Oversee project programmes quality assurance and contract administration
- Lead site teams subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor budgets project costs and financial performance
- Support design management and technical coordination on D&B projects
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain IMS procedures
The Person
- 10 years relevant construction experience with a related qualification
- Strong residential construction project experience essential
- Experience with JCT NEC PWC contracts and PCSA stages
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and MS Project
- Full driving licence and relevant industry certifications
