Job Summary

Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into engaging content Join Amplius as a Content Marketing Officer and play a key role in our award-winning Communications and Marketing team.

Youll create compelling content that helps people understand their homeownership options brings our employer brand to life and connects with audiences across a range of digital channels. If youre passionate about content social media and digital storytelling wed love to hear from you.

Salary: 42476 per year

Contract: Fixed term contract for up to 12 months

Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm

Location: Hybrid - weekly office presence in Milton Keynes Rushden Peterborough or Boston.

Snapshot of your role

  • Produce engaging content across blogs case studies web copy newsletters infographics video scripts podcasts social media and digital advertising.
  • Shape targeted content for Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy tailoring messages to different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
  • Own and grow Amplius new homes and recruitment social media channels including Instagram TikTok YouTube and LinkedIn creating content that connects with audience and strengthens our brand.
  • Develop organic and paid social content track performance and engagement and work with colleagues to manage audience interactions.
  • Support marketing and recruitment campaigns with inclusive accessible content that reflects Amplius tone of voice and brand guidelines while considering SEO social search and AI search.
  • Work as part of a creative collaborative team to turn ideas into impactful campaigns and content.

What youll need to thrive in this role

  • A relevant degree-level professional qualification or equivalent experience gained through relevant training and employment.
  • Experience working in marketing communications or social media with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative content.
  • Experience creating content across different formats and channels including social media digital campaigns written content and video.
  • Strong copywriting editing proofreading and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms trends and audience behaviours with the ability to manage content and competing deadlines.
  • A willingness to be in front of the camera for various campaigns as well as the skills to operate camera equipment for capturing content.
  • A collaborative and creative approach with a commitment to inclusive content and an understanding of equal opportunities and the needs of different audiences.

Important DBS clearance and right to work in the UK are essential requirements. We do not provide sponsorship.

A full UK driving licence and transport will be required for this role.
