Role: Consequences Coordinator
Academy: Outwood Academy Valley
Start Date: 01/09/2026
Salary (Actual Salary): 21955 to 22304 (Grade 3)
Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week Monday to Friday Term Time only plus 10 days (40 weeks)
Do you possess the firm yet compassionate approach needed to manage behavior interventions and support students in developing better learning habits Join us as a Consequences Coordinator playing a key role in raising standards of behaviour for learning. You will manage the consequences provision ensuring a structured environment where students can reflect progress with their work and overcome barriers to achieving their potential.

Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with the willingness and ability to enhance qualifications and training in the post. Essential skills include the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences and the capacity to respect and maintain confidentiality.
Crucial requirements include excellent time management and organisational skills proficiency in standard ICT packages including Microsoft Office and the capacity to relate sympathetically to students while recognizing potential child safeguarding issues. Experience of working in a school environment is desirable.
