Job Summary
Your day to day;
- Acting as the primary host and contact for meeting organisers throughout their event journey.
- Ensuring meeting rooms and breakout spaces are presentation-ready and fully operational.
- Coordinating with Housekeeping Maintenance Food & Drink and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless events.
- Overseeing refreshments catering requirements and service delivery.
- Leading and motivating team members to consistently achieve exceptional service standards.
- Managing operational readiness quality checks and service recovery when needed.
Who are we looking for
Were seeking someone who is experienced in meetings events or Food & Drink operations. Youll be confident leading or supervising teams within a hospitality environment and highly organised with excellent planning and communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest service who is detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will be knowledgeable in food safety health & safety and allergen management.
