Pay Rate: 14.24 - 16.00 per hour (including holiday pay)

Fully funded Enhanced DBS

Shifts: Various 6 to 12-hour shifts available spending entire shift with one client guaranteed hours available after successful probation

Routes Healthcare is looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants to provide specialist one-to-one support to clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.

• Personal care and daily living support
• Tracheostomy ventilation and respiratory care
• PEG feeding and medication support
• Monitoring client well being and reporting concerns
• Following care plans and maintaining accurate records

Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

Minimum 6 months paid UK care experience

Willingness to complete specialist complex care training
