At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier! Its a super exciting time to join us as we deliver our Smoking Cessation support service across Hampshire and were looking for a Community Stop Smoking Advisor to join us!
Our programme is designed to support residents of Hampshire to access the support they need to stop smoking. This includes a range of approaches including the supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapies (NRT) alongside high-quality behavioural support from our Stop Smoking Advisors.
This is primarily a face-to-face community-based role focused on delivering high-quality smoking cessation support to people across Hampshire. The role also extends beyond your client appointments. Youll play an active part in increasing awareness and uptake of the service within your local area attending community engagement events and activities building local relationships and helping to generate new referrals.
For people supported to quit smoking through the use of a vape quit aid where the risk of relapse is deemed low a vape cessation service will be offered and delivered. For residents who dont smoke tobacco but do use vape devices and wish to stop this role will also provide vape cessation support.
Like all roles at Thrive Tribe you can expect your time at work to be fun varied and challenging. We dont like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.
