Commis Waiter – Michelin Starred Fine Dining Restaurant

London Dinner Shifts Only 40 Hours per Week 26450 Approx. 10000 Service Charge

We are recruiting for a Commis Waiter to join the team at a Michelin Star Restaurant an intimate fine-dining restaurant within one of Londons luxury boutique hotels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a high-standard professional restaurant environment working closely with an experienced front and back of house team.

The successful candidate will be highly organised resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Chef and kitchen team so a calm approach strong communication skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.

Youll be someone who takes pride in delivering polished attentive service and is keen to learn and progress within fine dining.

The package includes:

• 26450 Approx. 10000 service charge per annum on top
• 40 hours per week
• Dinner shifts only
• Opportunity to gain valuable experience within a respected Mayfair restaurant

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience would be advantageous although attitude organisation and a genuine desire to develop within the industry are equally important.
