What youll do
As Pastry Commis Chef youll lovewhat you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- You will beresponsible for creating bespoke and delectable food which will reflect AlainDucasse at The Dorchesters 3-Michelin stars.
- You will be assistingin day-to-day production of the pastry section to ensure the smooth running ofthe kitchen and you will be preparing dishes on a daily basis according tobusiness requirement. This will include following all recipes and methods fromthe Executive Pastry Chef and Senior Pastry team having a basic knowledge ofclassic patisserie and refinement of pastry skills. All to ensure our guestsreceives nothing but the best experience. Weekly hours consist of 5 dinnerservices from Tuesday to Saturday
