Commis Chef

We are looking for a commis chef to join the kitchen team We are looking for a chef who is very hungry as we will provide full training and development for you when here. 

About the Commis Chef role:

• Food preparation stock rotation and food labelling
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
• Knife skills development
• Pizza and fresh pasta exposure
• Progression target 1218 months

Hours per week: 45

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef
• Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines
• Leaving Cert level education or above
• NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
• Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
