As a Commis Chef youll support the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while developing your skills across different sections. Youll maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards assist senior chefs during service and play an important role in delivering a great dining experience for our guests.

Your Role as Commis Chef

As a Commis Chef you will support the kitchen brigade in preparing fresh high-quality dishes and learning from experienced chefs. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about developing their culinary skills.

What Youll Do

• Prepare ingredients and support cooking across all sections.

• Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards.

• Assist senior chefs during service.

• Follow recipes and instructions accurately.

• Keep work areas clean organised and compliant.

• Show initiative and enthusiasm for learning.
