This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with over 90 years of success supplying high-quality food products to the retail foodservice and manufacturing sectors. The business has built an outstanding reputation through long-standing supplier relationships innovative product ranges and exceptional customer service.

This role will see you managing and developing existing retail customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK grocery market. If youre an ambitious commercial professional who enjoys winning business as much as growing key accounts this could be the perfect next step.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing retail accounts.
• Develop relationships with buying teams across the major grocery retailers.
• Identify and win new retail customers to drive profitable growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations annual business plans and promotional activity.
• Work closely with technical NPD and supply chain teams to deliver first-class customer service.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new product listings. Take ownership of sales budgets forecasts and account performance.

About You

• Previous experience managing retail accounts within the food industry.
• Proven track record of winning new business alongside growing existing customers.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Experience presenting to retail buying teams.
• Highly motivated driven and able to work autonomously.
• Full UK driving licence.
