Based at Barbican London with regular travel to customer and Nuffield Health sites as required Hybrid Working Permanent Full-Time

Competitive salary available depending on experience

At Nuffield Health our purpose is to build a healthier nation. As a Commercial Manager PMI youll play an important role in developing and strengthening our relationships with Private Medical Insurance (PMI) partners.

Working closely with Partnership Development Directors and internal stakeholders youll support a portfolio of insurer relationships helping to deliver excellent service support account growth and ensure customers receive maximum value from our Hospital and Physiotherapy services. Youll be responsible for building trusted partnerships coordinating account activity identifying opportunities to enhance performance and helping to drive positive outcomes for both our customers and Nuffield Health. There will also be the opportunity to own a developing PMI relationship giving the successful candidate the skills to grow into a more senior role in the future.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware relationship manager who enjoys working collaboratively building customer partnerships and developing their career within a complex healthcare environment.

As our Commercial Manager PMI you will:

• Support the management a portfolio of PMI relationships building strong partnerships that support customer satisfaction retention and sustainable growth.
• Work closely with senior commercial colleagues to support the successful management of key insurer accounts and wider commercial objectives.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer priorities and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and account performance.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers ensuring queries feedback and issues are managed effectively and resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with operational clinical finance marketing and digital teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor account performance and use data and customer insights to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support commercial initiatives tender activity and customer reviews through the preparation of information insights and recommendations.
• Build effective internal and external relationships to help ensure contractual commitments and service standards are consistently delivered.

To succeed as our Commercial Manager PMI were looking for:

• Some experience in account management customer relationship management client services or a commercial role ideally within healthcare insurance or another service-focused environment.
• A track record of building strong customer relationships and supporting account growth and retention.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport with a wide range of contacts.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes.
• Good commercial awareness and confidence interpreting data to support decision-making and identify opportunities.
• Experience working across multiple teams to coordinate activity and deliver results.
