What Youll Do At Elekta:
As a Clinical Physics Specialist you will utilise your clinical experience to support the development validation and continuous improvement of Elektas products and solutions. Working closely with Product Management Engineering Quality and Clinical teams you will ensure products are clinically relevant compliant and ready to support world-class patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute validation activities across Elektas product portfolio including test planning execution reporting and documentation.
- Apply clinical knowledge of Radiation Oncology workflows and treatment techniques to support product development and releases.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing solutions.
- Provide clinical expertise through workflow reviews system demonstrations prototype assessments and clinical consultation.
- Deliver clinical training support pilot implementations and provide feedback from customers to internal stakeholders.
- Support escalated clinical application issues and contribute to product improvements and new feature releases.
- Participate in regulatory and quality activities including audits and compliance reviews.
- Mentor and support colleagues contributing to onboarding knowledge sharing and team development.
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Radiotherapy Oncology Medical Physics Dosimetry or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years clinical experience within a Radiation Oncology environment.
- Strong understanding of radiotherapy workflows treatment delivery techniques treatment planning systems and clinical applications.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and influence without formal authority.
- Experience using Elekta technologies such as Linear Accelerators Monaco MOSAIQ SmartView XVI iView Integrity or related solutions is desired
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to approximately 35%).
