Job Title: Clinical Pathway Manager Function: Customer Engagement - Care Pathway Team (CLI)Location: Mobile Worker (North West Region)Contract type: PermanentSalary: Offered on a starting salary of 47874 with the potential to increase to 56322 over the course of three yearsClosing Date: Sunday 27 September 2026NHS Supply Chain has an exciting opportunity for aClinical Pathway Manager to join our Care Pathway Team at a pivotal time of transformation helping to make it easier for the NHS to put patients are seeking an experienced clinical professional to lead clinical engagement activities that drive the adoption of evidence-based best practice and support the transformation of patient care pathways across the this role you will work collaboratively with clinical stakeholders in the North West region to identify and implement opportunities that improve patient outcomes while delivering measurable clinical and non-clinical Clinical Pathway Manager will also take ownership of the end-to-end management of clinically disruptive innovation opportunities ensuring the successful evaluation adoption and scaling of solutions that enhance quality of care improve patient experience and release sustainable value for the day you will Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organisation to enable effective two-way flow of information and progression of projects. Collect feedback from identified customers or customer segments to ensure their needs are met providing themes summary analyses and recommendations for change based on customer strategic direction and lead the development and execution of policies and processes that improve and enhance care pathways and the adoption of innovationPlan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships for projects and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and clinical engagement and manage the relationships with key clinical stakeholders across region.
