Join the Close Brothers Invoice Finance Team where you will ensure delivery of excellent service to a portfolio of clients allocated to you and through your endeavours to maximise client life and income.

Working as part of the Client Services South teamour ideal team member will have previous experience in managingand controlling a portfolio of 60/70 factoring clientswith excellent numeric and computer skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Minimise the risk of loss through use of risk management tools and implementation of risk management procedures.
• Maintain an understanding of the value of additional security in place per client.
• Maximise client life by ensuring delivery of excellent service and implement additional services where appropriate.
• Maximise income by ensuring the correct fee rates are maintained and by ensuring additional fees are charged where appropriate.
• Maintain bad debt write provisions to within annual budget.
• Ongoing management of collateral performance.
• Ensure risk reducing actions are prioritised and completed and risk issues are promptly reported.
• Respond to client audits promptly and act on recommendations.
• Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• Fundamental industry knowledge
• Industry specific experience including exposure to credit & risk
• Risk Awareness

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:

• Client Management experience
• Assertiveness
• Negotiation skills
• ABFA qualifications to at least certificate level (or studying towards this qualification)
