Salary: 25038 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Weekday shifts 8am-4pm/10.30am-6.30pm Saturday on a rota basis
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Associate to join Gower Veterinary Surgery.
Client Care Associates are integral to creating the first impression of our practice. Clients and visitors should be welcomed in a warm friendly courteous and professional manner.
Applicants must be friendly and personable with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a customer facing role within a Veterinary Practice preferable.
Growth within the role is encouraged and successful applicants will be given further training.
Roles and responsibilities:
Welcoming and registering new customers.
Booking in customers and diary management.
Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries.
Managing customer expectations regarding waiting times.
Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork filling in forms etc
Processing prescription requests.
Taking payments.
Promoting offers and services.
Ensuring that public areas and consult rooms are clean and presentable.
