Job Summary
Salary: up to 12.71 per hour
Working Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the cleaning team ensuring smooth running of the cleaning service
Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction
Assist in staff training scheduling and performance monitoring
Handle member queries concerns and feedback with professionalism and discretion
Ensure the Site maintains a clean safe and welcoming environment
Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
