Location: Ilkeston Derbyshire DE7 8HF

Pay Rate: 15.00 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: 7.5 hours per week

Working Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
  
• 5:00pm 6:30pm
  
• No weekend work

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Operative to join a professional facilities management team at a commercial site in Ilkeston.

This part-time evening role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work can work independently and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Cleaning office and communal areas
  
• Vacuuming mopping and dusting
  
• Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
  
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
  
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the site
  
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues
  
• Following all site health and safety procedures
  

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
  
• Valid Right to Work documentation
  
• Comfortable working alone
  
• Able to work as a key holder
  
• Confident using an alarm panel
  
• Willing to use a mandatory telephone time and attendance system
  
• Reliable punctual and trustworthy
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  

• 15.00 per hour (PAYE)
  
• Monday to Friday working pattern
  
• No weekend work
  
• Immediate start available
  
• Ongoing support from Concept Resources throughout your assignment
