Cleaning Operative (DBS Required) – Crawley

Location: 1012 The Martletts Crawley West Sussex RH10 1ES

Pay Rate: 14.26 per hour (PAYE)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 4:15pm 5:45pm
  
• Saturday: 1:30pm 3:00pm
  
• 9 hours per week
  

Contract: Temporary Holiday Cover (with the potential for future assignments)

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a prestigious high street banking site in Crawley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for regular part-time hours within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning office customer and communal areas
  
• Vacuuming mopping and dusting
  
• Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
  
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
  
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
  
• Locking and securing the premises where required
  
• Following all site health and safety procedures
  

Essential Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience
  
• Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  
• Ability to meet Barclays pre-employment compliance requirements including:
  • Right to Work in the UK
    
  • Employment history verification
    
  • Adverse financial check
    
• Comfortable working alone
  
• Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required
  
• Must use the clients telephone time and attendance system (mandatory)
  
• Reliable trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail
