We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Tamworth team as a Trainee Claims Handler.
This is a great entry-level role where youll learn everything you need to succeed in claims handling. With full training and support from day one youll gain valuable experience and build a long-term career within the industry.
This is a full-time permanent position. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with an opportunity for this to be hybrid after your 3 month probation 3 days in the office 2 days at home.
How youll make an impact
- Supporting the handling of commercial liability claims on behalf of insurer and commercial clients.
- Learning how to manage claims from initial notification through to settlement.
- Developing your knowledge to make informed decisions on liability and claim value.
- Building relationships with clients brokers suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Communicating with customers via phone and email.
- Gaining an understanding of industry standards policies and best practice.

- Comfortable working in an office-based environment.
- Confident communicating with customers in a professional and respectful way.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and build a career in claims handling.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
