A beautifully restored country inn located in Somerset just a short drive from Bath and Frome is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef (depending on experience) to join a small close-knit team.

Led by a chef-owner the kitchen holds 2 AA Rosettes and is confidently working at that level with ambitions to achieve a third rosette and inclusion in the Michelin Guide. This is an ideal opportunity for chefs who care deeply about flavour finesse and sustainability.

Menus are proudly produce-led and seasonal with much of the fruit vegetables and herbs grown on-site in their own kitchen gardens. Its a true farm-to-fork operation rooted in creativity quality and provenance.

• Experience at 2 AA Rosette level or higher or the ability to thrive in that environment

• Passion for fresh seasonal and home-grown produce

• A team player with a professional attitude and eagerness to learn

• Confident across all sections and calm under pressure
