As ourchange lead youll be responsible for establishing coordinating and embedding a network of volunteer change champions to support the successful delivery of volunteering and digital transformation and organisational change activity. Youll be working in partnership with volunteers and colleagues across the change learning and communications project team to designand continuously improvethe change championsexperience to ensure members feel informed supported and engaged throughout their involvement.
Youll have a good understanding of how people go through change and the change management process. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships are essential to this role. Youll also bring experience in working in collaboration with volunteers and designing volunteer involving initiatives.About Girlguiding

Were over 300000 Rainbows Brownies Guides and Rangers who come together to laugh learn explore and have adventures in communities across the UK and virtually. Girlguiding operates a hybrid working arrangement where office based staff are required to attend the office on average two days a week or 40% of working time across the year. Location allowance is payable to those who work in accordance with ourhybrid working model. All staff are required to carry out our online health and safety training and complete a DSE risk assessment to ensure we can provide the support you require.
