We are seeking an enthusiastic Catering Manager to lead our catering operation at Sullivan Upper School. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a busy and vibrant school catering service working with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service to students and staff.

About the Role

As Catering Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the catering service including:

• Leading motivating and developing the catering team
• Managing food production and service standards
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements
• Controlling budgets stock and purchasing
• Driving sales and promoting a positive dining experience
• Building strong relationships with the school and wider catering team

Qualifications :

• Previous catering management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A passion for food quality and customer service
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
