What will you be doing

As a care coordinator youll play a key role in making sure our outstanding care service runs like a well-oiled machine. Youll be involved in:

• Coordinating care packages and supporting the care team
• Communicating with clients families and professionals
• Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance
• Responding to those unexpected daily challenges that come with working in care because no two days are ever quite the same

• Has experience working as a carer
• Has a genuine passion for providing outstanding care
• Is organised resilient and able to keep a cool head when things get busy
• Someone who is happy to be part of our oncall rota Monday to Friday 1 week in 5
