Are you a Care Assistant Care Coordinator or similar looking for a role where you will be responsible for building and supervising a team of Domiciliary Care Assistants
In your role as a Care Coordinator you will liaise directly with commissioning authorities service users and healthcare professionals to deliver a range of bespoke care packages. You will also plan coordinate and supervise an existing team of carers based in the North Somerset area.

This role would suit a Care Assistant Care Coordinator or similar looking to be instrumental in managing and delivering care packages for some of the most vulnerable people in the community.
The Role:
- Full-time permanent contract
- Quality management and supervision of staff
- Compiling weekly rotas for staff and service users
- Provide 1-1 support to the community where needed
- Liaise directly with commissioning authorities as well as service users
- On-call responsibility
The Person:
- Care Coordinator or Senior Carer
- Looking to manage a team of carers and deliver bespoke care packages
- Valid UK driving licence
