Position Details

• Hours: 20hours per week. (to be discussed with the manager)

• Pay:Starting at13.26per hourwith enhanced ratesup to 14.56*depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.

Role Highlights
As a Care Assistantyoullplay a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic dutiescoordinatingresident activities andassistingwith appointments and shopping. Each day will be diverse allowing you to make a significant impact on residents wellbeing.

About You

• Location: Ideallylocatedwithin commuting distance toour estate.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year ina UKhealth and social careroleis preferred with a passion for working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.

• Skills: Warm friendly and dedicated to exceptional service you thrive in a team environment and are eager to make a positive difference.
