What Youll Do

As a Care Professional you will:

• Provide high-quality person-centred care and companionship in clients own homes.
• Support clients with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting where required.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation medication reminders light housekeeping and other daily living activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients promoting independence dignity and wellbeing.
• Follow and contribute to personalised care plans tailored to each clients individual needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients their families and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely care records reporting any changes in a clients health or wellbeing.
• Travel between clients homes to provide scheduled care visits.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for caring individuals who are dependable professional and committed to delivering outstanding care.

Essential:

• A compassionate caring nature with a genuine desire to support others.
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written English.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travelling between client visits.
• Consistent weekly availability including some evenings and/or weekends.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in home care domiciliary care healthcare or a similar caregiving role.
• Knowledge of person-centred care and care planning.
