Care Assistant- part time 7am-2pm

About the Role

As a Morning Care Assistant you will help our clients start their day with confidence and comfort. Youll build meaningful lasting relationships with regular clients and deliver high-quality person-centred care in their homes.

Your morning responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with morning routines and personal care

• Preparing nutritious breakfasts and assisting with medication

• Providing companionship warm conversation and reassurance

• Supporting clients with morning appointments errands or pet care

Working With Us

• Hours: Part-time morning shifts available between 7:00 AM 2:00 PM

• Pattern: Alternate weekends required (with a mid-week day off in lieu)

• Confidence from Day One: Paid client introductions are provided so you feel fully supported and familiar with your regular clients before starting independent visits.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: 13.50 15.00 per hour

• Travel Benefits: Paid travel time paid waiting time plus a 45p per mile allowance

Requirements

• A compassionate reliable and person-centred approach

• Availability to work morning shifts starting from 7:00 AM including alternate weekends

• Access to reliable transport to travel between client homes across Pewsey Marlborough and Devizes

• No prior experience requiredfull training and ongoing mentorship provided!

Qualifications :

What Youll Need 

• A caring dependable and professional approach 

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to the rural nature of our client base) 

• Right to work in the UK 

An enhanced DBS check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
