Care Professional Responsibilities

As a Care Professional youll help older people maintain their independence dignity and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Every client is different so no two days are exactly the same. Your visits could include:

• Companionship: Sharing conversations enjoying hobbies and providing meaningful social interaction.

• Home help: Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks.

• Community support: Accompanying clients to appointments shops and other activities.

• Personal care: Supporting with bathing showering dressing and grooming while respecting each persons dignity preferences and independence.

Youll have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with your clients and make a real difference through the care and attention you provide.

Were particularly interested in people who can offer availability during mornings evenings and alternate weekends to help us meet our clients needs.

Qualifications :

No qualifications or previous care experience are required.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds including those looking for a career change returning to work or taking their first steps into the care sector.

Experience in care is welcome but not essential. Skills developed through previous employment family life and supporting others can provide a valuable foundation for this role.
