Care and Support Worker

Location: Montpellier Care Company- Harrogate Boroughbridge and Ripon.

Salary: 13.66- 15.86 per hour (Paid Travel Time and Mileage)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours/ Working Pattern: Part Time (16 to 20 hours per week)

Montpellier Care Company are looking for care and supportworkers who are enthusiastic about supporting individuals with complex needsto join their small team in the Harrogate and district area. They workpredominantly with individuals with complex needs including mental healthneeds learning disability autism and physical needs. They tend to providelonger calls (between 2-5 hrs sessions) which allows workers and service usersto really get to know each other. They also provide respite care in peopleshome 24 hour support and night calls.

No previous experience is required; however experiencesupporting individuals with autism or mental health needs or a willingness tolearn would be beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential for thisrole.
