Campus Hospitality & Events Manager

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead develop and motivate the hospitality team through training coaching appraisals and regular team meetings.
• Maintain high operational standards encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed of market trends and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Food Safety environmental legislation and company policies.
• Plan and deliver hospitality events in collaboration with clients and the events team.
• Produce management reports complete administrative tasks accurately and support succession planning and team development.

Qualifications :

• Previous hospitality or catering management experience ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing teams budgets and events.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
